Plyometric Legs Session - Full on Legs Assault Friday!! I don't just preach it. Variations of box jumps compounded with Myosource Kinetic Leg Resistance Bands.  

Major Core Strength - Making use of unconventional work out equipment Kudzai focuses on his core strength. By far the hardest core movement I know of. Standing Pike Ab-Roll Out. On my new Hexa-Go Sled.

Myosource Kinetic Bands workout - Keegan not wasting his off-season. Some dumbbell step ups with added resistance with Myosource Kinetic Bands. Jumping split lunges, lateral and forward "box" jumps and an explosive finisher of tyre throws!

Basketball Small Group Training Sessions - Lebo and Bevan working on their handles.

Especially left hand dribble in the lane and finishing at the rim in simulated traffic. Left hand dribbles are often a weak point for right handed players.

Leg Training - Specialised outdoor plyometric leg session.

Physical Fitness - Keegan is such a champ. Always amped to be challenged by new routines and movements that I throw at him, like the superset of the last 2 exercises. Rolling Squats and assisted Haniball Pushups.
